The “Gulag X-R” project has already reached four schools in Krakow! Thanks to fundings from Erasmus+, together with the Gulag.cz Association from Czech Republic, we have prepared a series of multimedia teaching materials about Soviet camps. The project provides students and teachers
with the following opportunities:
– Gulag available in virtual reality using VR glasses;
– an interactive educational comics which allows you to solve puzzles and gain knowledge thanks to a compatible app;
– films about the camps and their prisoners;
– lesson plans.
At the end of October, Adam Balcer, coordinator of the Polish side of the project, conducted classes in Krakow’s high schools no. II, VII, XIV and Da Vinci. You can read more about the project at: https://www.gulagxr.eu/pl
