Our New Eastern Europe Winter School was held in Poznań and Berlin on December 3rd-9th. It was dedicated to the work of think tanks and challenges that threaten our European democracy.
We received more than 130 applications and managed to gather a team of young researchers with fascinating interests who came to us from different parts of Europe. We are grateful for their trust and active participation in all the meetings. Here is the list of participants:
Alejandro Esteso Pérez, Aliaksei Piatrenka, Catherine Girard, Georgii Kalakutskii, Giorgia Cacciotti, Lika Khutsiberidze, Merili Arjakas, Muhammad Anugrah Utama, Natalia Szymańska, Sneha Chakrabarti, Wicke van den Broek, William Malaterre.
Likewise, we would also like to thank the organisations and their representatives who gave us their time and shared their expertise with our participants:
Kacper Nowicki – Varia Posnania, Insytut Zachodni, Kasia Batko-Tołuc – Watchdog Polska, Jan Farfał, Mateusz Sulwiński – Grupa Stonewall, Patrycja Donaburska – Fulbright Poland, Dagmara Jajeśniak-Quast – European University Viadrina, Michael Kurzwelly – Bruckenplac, Tobias Koepf – the Genshagen Foundation, Angelika Eder – the Genshagen Foundation, Arkadi Miller, Jörg Morré, Joshua Burgin, Claudia Rothe – Heinrich Böll Foundation, Joerg Forbrig – German Marshal Fund, Pavel Havlíček – Association of International Affairs, and Krzysztof Izdebski.
